Who can work with KeysBright?
We work with cargo, courier and parcel-forwarding companies that need a warehouse in the USA and/or China.
What is the difference between consolidation and splitting?
Consolidation combines several parcels of the same customer into one box to reduce volume and cost. Splitting does the opposite — one parcel is divided into several boxes, for example to stay under a customs value or weight limit, or to send items to different recipients.
Can I see what's inside a parcel before it ships?
Yes. Open a ticket for the parcel and we will record a video of its contents — from the sealed box through opening — and send it to you. Every parcel also gets an automatic label photo on arrival.
How do partners track packages?
Every scan and status — arrival, photo, consolidation, split, shipment — is recorded and shared with the partner, and can be sent automatically to the partner's own system.
How do I become a partner?
Send us a request on the contact page with your company details and expected volumes. We'll agree terms, set up your partner code and connect your system.
