14 warehouse services, two countries
Every service below is available to partner companies. Most can be combined on the same package — for example inspection + video + consolidation.
Automatic Receiving & OCR Matching
Matching is fully automatic — no one types customer codes by hand. When a parcel enters our USA or China warehouse, our OCR system reads the shipping label, finds the customer code and recipient, and instantly links the parcel to the right partner company and customer. Weight and dimensions are captured at the same time, so volumetric weight is correct before the parcel ever reaches the shelf.
- Carrier tracking number scanned and recorded (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Amazon, SF, YTO, ZTO and others)
- OCR reads the label and matches the parcel to the partner company and customer automatically — no manual code entry
- Actual weight and length × width × height recorded
- Status updates pushed to the partner's system
- Visible damage noted and photographed at intake
All partner companies — this is the first step for every parcel.
No typing errors and no waiting: the parcel is registered and visible to the partner within minutes of arrival.

Consolidation
Customers often order from several stores at once. Instead of shipping five half-empty boxes, we open them, remove excess packaging and fillers, and pack all items together into one sturdy box sized to the contents. The result is a lower volumetric weight and a single tracking number for the end customer.
- Several incoming parcels → one outgoing package
- Excess retail boxes and fillers removed (on request originals kept)
- Box size optimised to cut volumetric weight
- Fragile items separated and cushioned
- Label photo of the final consolidated box
Volumetric weight is usually reduced noticeably compared with sending each parcel separately.
Partner requests consolidation from their panel or via the agreed integration.

Package Splitting
Sometimes one parcel needs to become several: a customs value or weight limit per parcel, items for different end customers, or a box that is simply too heavy for one shipment. We open the parcel, divide the items exactly as instructed, repack each part and register every new package separately.
- Split by item, by quantity, by value or by weight
- Each new package gets its own record and label
- Label photo of each new package
- Repacking with suitable boxes and protection
- Clear link between the original and the new packages
Customs-value thresholds, weight limits per parcel, multiple recipients.
Send the split instruction (which items go in which box) through your panel or manager.

Label Photo
Every parcel gets a label photo automatically. When a parcel enters the warehouse, our OCR system photographs the shipping label and sends the photo to the partner together with the parcel data — no request needed. If you need to see what is inside the parcel, we record it on video on request (see Video Service).
- Shipping label photographed automatically on arrival
- Label photo sent to the partner together with the parcel data
- Shows the sender, recipient, tracking number and customer code
- Helps confirm that the right parcel arrived for the right customer
- Contents are shown on video on request, not as photos
Automatic for every parcel — part of receiving.
Request a video of the contents through a ticket.

Video Service
When a customer wants to see what is inside a parcel, they open a ticket and we record a video for them. We film the parcel from the sealed box through opening and checking each item, then send the video to whoever requested it. The video is proof for the customer, the seller or the marketplace if anything is missing, wrong or damaged.
- Requested by ticket — only for the parcels that need it
- Recorded from the sealed box through opening, uncut
- Each item shown and checked on camera
- Video sent to the customer or partner who requested it
- Ideal evidence for returns, refunds and marketplace disputes
Phones, electronics, luxury goods, bulk orders, and any order you expect to dispute.
Open a ticket for the parcel; we record the video and send it to you.

Inspection & Quality Check
Catch problems while the goods are still near the seller. We compare received items with the order details, count quantities, check model, colour and size, and report anything that doesn't match — so issues can be solved with the seller before international shipping.
- Quantity count against the order
- Model / colour / size verification
- Visual check for damage or defects
- Written note when something doesn't match, video on request
- Hold the parcel until the partner decides what to do
Especially useful for 1688, Taobao and wholesale orders.
OK / mismatch report on the package record.

Repacking & Protective Packaging
Retail packaging is designed for a delivery van, not a long international route. We repack parcels that need it into sturdy boxes with bubble wrap, void fill and corner protection, and mark fragile items — while keeping the box as small as safely possible.
- Double-wall boxes for heavy or fragile items
- Bubble wrap, foam and void fill
- Fragile / This-side-up labelling
- Reinforced taping for long-haul transport
- Volume-aware packing to avoid paying for air
Glass, cosmetics, electronics, and anything in a damaged original box.
Resize and consolidation.

Resize (Box Size Reduction)
Many parcels arrive in boxes far bigger than what is inside. Air freight is charged on volumetric weight, so empty space costs money. We move the items into a smaller, right-sized box or cut the original box down to fit the contents. The parcel keeps its protection, takes up much less space and costs less to deliver.
- Oversized boxes replaced with a right-sized box
- Original box cut down and re-taped when it is strong enough
- Excess void fill removed, fragile items still protected
- New weight and dimensions recorded after resizing
- Before / after video on request
Delivery is billed on the greater of actual and volumetric weight — usually L × W × H (cm) ÷ 6000. A smaller box means a lower billable weight.
Consolidation and repacking.
Storage & Inventory Management
Packages waiting for consolidation, customer instructions or the next shipment are stored on numbered shelves in our secure warehouses. Every package has a known location, so it can be found and processed quickly. Storage terms are agreed with each partner.
- Organised shelf locations for fast retrieval
- Secure, monitored warehouse premises
- Packages kept until consolidation or dispatch
- Long-term storage available by agreement
- Inventory visibility through the partner's system
Free-storage period and long-term rates are set per partner agreement.
Wilmington, DE (USA) and Guangzhou (China).

Shipment Building & Dispatch
When a partner's shipment is ready, we pick its packages, build boxes and pallets, prepare the house waybills and AWB data, and hand the cargo over for air transport. Partners see which packages are on which pallet and in which shipment, and get status updates as the shipment moves.
- Package-by-package picking and verification
- Palletising with weights and dimensions recorded
- House waybill / AWB data for every shipment
- Shipment manifests for the partner
- Status updates: shipping → on the way → on fly → done
Each package is linked to its pallet and shipment.
Shipped to each partner's destination by air freight.

Returns Handling
When a customer wants to return an item while it's still in our warehouse, we repack it, attach the return label provided by the seller or marketplace and hand it to the carrier — saving the cost and time of an international round trip.
- Return to US or Chinese sellers and marketplaces
- Repacking and return-label attachment
- Drop-off with the carrier, tracking number shared
- Photo proof of the returned parcel
Return label or return address from the seller.
Inspection and a video on request to document the reason.

Labeling & Relabeling
We print and apply the labels your goods need for the next leg of their journey — partner shipping labels, carton labels and warning stickers — and replace damaged or incorrect labels.
- Partner / end-customer shipping labels
- Carton and pallet labels
- Fragile / battery / warning stickers
- Covering of old or incorrect labels
Resellers and multi-leg shipments.
Kitting, repacking.

Kitting & Bundling
We assemble separate products into kits — for example a product with its accessories, a promotional bundle or a gift set — pack them together and label the finished kit as a single unit.
- Assembly of multi-item sets
- Inserts, flyers and gift packaging
- Single label for the finished kit
- Batch processing for larger quantities
E-commerce sellers and promotions.
Labeling, repacking.

Partner Panel & System Integration
Partners don't need to call to know what's happening. Every scan, photo, consolidation, split and shipment status is recorded and made available to the partner, and can be sent automatically to the partner's own system so their customers see updates in their app.
- Live package statuses from arrival to dispatch
- Label photos for every parcel, videos on request
- Consolidation and split requests online
- Shipment, pallet and AWB information
- Automatic status notifications to the partner's system
Every partner company.
